Blog Entry #1 ----My foot hurts!

Hi. So I just started this up but I am going to try to keep a food and workout log to lose the last 20-25 lbs.

I of course have not started off so well today, but I am going to write it anyway, and try to keep my overall calories under 1400.

Breakfast- piece of laughing cow cheese (35 calories)

Lunch/Bruch - Tim hortons croissant, egg, cheese and sausage sandwich ( approx 600 ) Apple cider Large (approx 300)

So far 935...meh. i know bad idea for day I wanted to start a diet. I can't workout now cause foot hurts bad- I hurt it running 2 days ago. You know that part below the thumb toe by the balls of your feet, well it is throbbing. So I might need a few days before I work out again. I can barely walk right now.

My weight as of when I started is 148-149. I would like to get down to 120 if at all possible. I am not perfect but I am going to be honest in this and work on what I eat. I am going to try to make that the last fast food thing in the last 7 days. My problem is when I am in extreme pain like at the moment, I crave fast food or fried food. I think I believe too strongly in the power of the french fry to make me feel better, hence me being a little chubby. I am 5'4, and I have muscle so I understand I am not obese or anything. I just want to be pretty thing again, but still keep my muscle...
