Another great day

I guess it is time that I stop listing the number of days that I have been doing this because it certainly doesn't have a time limit involved. This is my new lifestyle.

Yesterday I did well. I did not snack or take a bite of anything that I was not supposed to. I had planned out my day in the morning and I stuck with it. I did notice that my stomach was a little rumbly yesterday, but not so sure it was from hunger, I believe it was the peanuts I ate. I tend to confuse digestional problems with hunger pains. So far today I am not having that problem. I had my go to smoothie this morning so delicious! I worry about my calories a bit. I am supposed to be between 1300 - 1400 but sometimes I am a little short. It is only by 20 - 40 calories short, but I don't want to sabbatoge my efforts by not getting the right amount of calories. This is something that I will be working on over the next few days.
