Giving myself goals and rewards

I have been dabbling with weight loss for about 6 months or so with little true commitment. I got a bit more committed as 2009 rolled around but I have still been hot and cold.
I have added some exercise to my program for the past couple of days and have found it really helps me stay focused on a healthier lifestyle. I feel better mentally and physically. It may only be 12 minutes on the treadmill, but it is 12 minutes at 3.5 mph and at a 20% grade!
I have decided that I need to look forward to rewards for each goal reached other than the number on the scale. I hope this will give me more motivation:
200 lbs - weekend away with Hubby
190 lbs - day in Napa with the girls
180 lbs - massage (since I will be less embarrassed of my body)
170 lbs - Trip to Hawaii! (since I will feel comfortable in a bathing suit)
