Now that i am almost done with finals for this quarter I can focus on exercising more and eating better. I have been loosing weight but i know i could loose more if I was eating better. The last two and a half month has been challenging with work and school. I have increased my workouts from 1 hour to 2 hours and I have started doing more intense workouts. As for food i need to focus on eating more fruits and veggies. My goals is to eat at least 5 a day.
