I have been tired this week. It's probably because I was sick last week. I did sleep more than usual, but I guess that wasn't enough. I haven't been getting up in the morning to workout like I used to. I figured the only reason I was getting up was to go to the gym and use the elliptical but it always took me almost a half hour to wake up and get there. I sometimes did yoga in the morning and maybe sometimes I still will, but I wonder if I should do more yoga at night. I also like to play Dance Dance Revolution, but I can't do that in the morning because it wakes up the basement roommates. I am thinking that it would be better for me to have an extra hour at night rather than try to exercise early in the morning.

Tomorrow I have to travel to another town about 15 minutes farther away to work and back because I am supposed to go to another office for training. I'll probably do some shopping after work, too. There's a couple things I need that I can't get there.

    You have to find what works best for you, for me I get up at 4:00 to go to work, but I get off at 2:00 and get home by 3:30. I make sure I put my bag in my car the night before so that I have no excuses to stopping at the fitness center before I get home and find a bunch of excuses not to exercise. Oh wait excuses don't work since I got the wii in November and use that when I don't go to the fitness center!

    If you don't exercise in the morning remember to do it at night.
