Day 4 - As much as I know I am not supposed to....

I hopped on the scale again this morning and WOW I am down another .8 lbs! I was 155.6 on Friday...yesterday down to 155.0 and today I was at 154.2! I can't remember the last time I was under 155! I love my new lifestyle! And yesterday I didn't even have a craving to eat something I wasn't supposed to. I put all my food in the tracker in the morning and I stick to it!

Last night I went to bed at 10:30 (usually I can't fall asleep until 11:30 or 12) and I just fell right to sleep. This morning I actually got up before my alarm! I think I was in so much shock that I just laid there until my alarm went off. I think that next week I am going to try to fit some exercise in to my morning routine. One thing at a time though. I have to do something with all this new energy I have! emoticon
