I did pretty good Sunday until about 8:30 p.m. I have a rule that I don't eat after 7:30, but last night I knew that I was going to break that rule. I kept thinking about having something to eat and made a conscious decision to eat. Once I started, I just kept going. I decided that I wasn't going to beat myself up about this, but that I would just get back on track today. I really hadn't had a binge like that for a while (and it wasn't as bad as it could have been) so I'm just going to let it go. I went and exercised and am tracking my food like usual.
