Hi, found your page randomly & just wanted to cheer you on! :) Also -- I dont know if this is any interest to you at all, but I've found DDR to be the most FUN exercise option. Not really practical if you dont own a ps2 but still an option down the road lol. But yea....some of the DDR games have a workout function that will count calories for you. It's pretty great.

Also, Leslie Sansone dvds are really helpful because I'm super uncoordinated and I can do them without too much chaos. haha. If you haven't already got a set of small dumbbells....DEFINITELY a huge asset. Cause you can do them while watching tv or on the phone or whatever. :)

    Good luck!

What about getting some Dumbbells and doing weight training at home, or DVD's that have aerobics on them. Or yoga, or any body weight exercises like push ups, squats, lunges, crunches, jump rope... The list goes on... If you go to the fitness section of Sparkpeople they have workouts you can follow along to... good luck... emoticon Sondra

Dance!! Get a dance fitness video - you can get hip hop, zumba, salsa. whatever you prefer. Or...just crank the music and shake your booty.
