Well,I dropped a couple of pounds this past several days,so thats good,and it encourages me,and I need all of that I can
It is great to recieve a comment from time to time,because that also is encouraging.
Now that my hips are almost normal,I'm so geared up for summer,'cause I've written a to-do list for myself that dates back a year and a half.I can't wait to get started.That too should help in the exercise dept.,and cardio,and weight loss.
So,I feel between,that ,and my SP exercises,and charting my food I'll do just fine.I
