Everyone's a little Irish on St Patty's Day!
Well, I weighed in this morning....no weigh loss BUT
I did lose more inches in the waist---which is one of the things I needed to do!
I THINK I started with a 56 inch waist
Now its ........,,,,,,,,,,,,,,.. 49 1/2 inches!!
6 1/2 INCHES OFF IN ABOUT 2 WKS!! YES!
JUST 14 1/2 inches to go to have a HEALTHY WAISTLINE!!
My neck size lost 1/2 inch
And 1 inch off my hips!
I just measured the biggest part of my SPARE TIRE/midriff and it is 58 inches.
I don't think I measured it correctly around all my bulging tire the other day!
So I must continue to track that measurement also!
So far so good. I've been walking EVERYDAY!
I'll have to watch my eating better. Haven't been
eating the healthiest all the time!
I'll increase my exercising this week.
Throw in a 3 mile walk away the pounds here & there!
Or start walking twice a day also works.
Need to put some water in the freezer & start my walking now!

I can't believe this was my favorite of the 1, 2 & 3 mile walks! But I did make it and I'm sure I will get use to it again! I'll be using this tape now even if I want to walk 1 or 2 miles. Just stop and then do my stretches!!
