Saturday I walked 1 mile/15 minutes walk away the pounds.
I got up this morning and did my 2 mile/30 minutes
WALK AWAY THE POUNDS with Leslie Sansone.

Then I did 60 crunchs on THE BEAN.

Felt great all day. Drinking my water.
Made Beef barley soup.
