Clickety-clack, rollin' down the track!!

Sunday, March 15, 2009

Ok--today's weigh in was 2.4 lbs. down!! WOOT! I've been doing better this week. It has helped 'reporting' in to Enica_Ran every day, also. Made me a little more accountable, and even when I screwed up, she was right there to help me get back on track in an encouraging way. I tried to make that the last thing I did before going to bed so I wouldn't eat anything else after posting with her. THANK YOU, ENICA_RAN!!!! emoticon

No inches lost, however, other than on my bust--which isn't tracked, anyway. I wouldn't mind losing a few more inches off the girls, but only if it's equal to or less than the amount I lose off the belly!!!! The belly is my bain!! Need to get back to doing those core-strengthening exercises everyday--that is when I was losing the most inches off of everywhere! Maybe I'll make that one of my goals--to do those at least 3 x a week or more.

Today going to help my daughter unload her UHaul. Yippeee!!!!! Hope y'all have a great week!

Way to go on that 2.4 lb loss! Doesn't it feel great!!

I am more than happy to send some support... don't forget, you're doing the same for me with your own encouraging words when you visit my page, so thank you to you too!!

The girls are usually always the first to start disappearing for me. At the moment, I am between bra sizes... double d's are too big, and single d's are too small... so my girls are either floating or falling out of my bra. ARGH.

I've managed to stick to my 30 minutes of cardio and I'm thinking of adding some crunches on the stability ball this week, to start whittling away at the spare tire on my midsection.

I got a boost of inspiration at the bar on Friday night, when I saw an extremely attractive BBW. She was slightly taller than me, and I'm sure she weighed less than I do. She had a beautiful face, and was wearing a red outfit that would have looked absolutely stunning on her if it wasn't so freaking tight. Because it was so tight, she looked like a giant overstuffed sausage, ready to burst at the seams. The clothes were so tight that it appeared as though she had two of those blow up life preserver rings tucked under her shirt under her breasts. YUCK. I gave my head a shake and swore that I was going to start working on my abs immediately!

Have a fantastic week and keep up the good work!
