Break Day

Ok, So I have been doing OK on this so far this week. I was thinking that Sunday's would be a "break Day" at least as far as nutritionally. Since we usually have dinner at Josh's parents today I thought that might be a more realistic plan, not only that but having one day to relax a bit might help me stay with things- Just a thought. I hope that I can keep this up I know that strength over time should prevail but I have tried an failed so many times that I do worry. I really seem to be gaining confidence. Hopefully this trend will continue!
