I dropped the Ball

wow i have not lost any weight since christmas well what is that all abt its already march and no change. it can be very discouraging but I will NOT be discouraged at all. I am going to do it if it kills me I know I can do this.

    When the scale isn't moving, look for progress other places. Are your clothes fitting better? Do you take your measurements? It's possible that you've lost inches. Muscle weighs more than fat but doesn't take up as much space. You might be replacing fat with muscle. Another suggestion might be to change up your workout. If you've been doing the same routine since Christmas, maybe a change will kick things in gear.

    I know it's frustrating but there's a positive here. You've stuck with it anyways! emoticon emoticon

    Hi there, I am curious - are you still doing South Beach? If so, let's see what is going on. You may want to really start using that nutritional tracker and see exactly where the issues are. That scale should be moving! emoticon
