So this week has been insane... i have started school, which in itself is more than enough change for me... but add on top of that hanging out with my half brother for the first time ever and getting to know him, being on call for work, and than goin to omaha for an interview (I got the job, yay) banging up the front of my car by sliding into the bank of the hill...yaaa been a bit crazy. ha but considering all that i have done pretty good comparatively to What i had been doing. I decided im just going to make small changes until I move... (april 5th yay)

i decided I will no longer use drive thrus...they are the root of all evil JK. And Im cutting out french fries and most fried food. If i want fast food, i have to go in and get it... so yeah.. i figure that will help alot since if i know i have to get out of my car i will jus go home and grab something. the job i have now i have been eating fast food at least once a day for about the last year and a half.. sometimes twice a day... not good, not good at all.

I also am going to do my best to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night at least like 4-5 nights aweek... and at least 6 on the other days... i usually average about 3-4 . .. im always so tired and this makes me over eat because some how i got it in my head that eating crappy food will wake me up. lol. it doesnt... but i do it anyways lol.

Im also going to start walking my dog on days where its decent outside. i have no idea how often that will be with this bipolar weather weve been having haaa

those are kidn of small changes but i figure its a start and changes that I can manage for the time being.

    Small changes are the way to go..they really add up quickly...My whole journey here started because I decided to give up soda after I had my wisdom teeth removed...I then found spark about a week later and all these small pieces started to fall in place. Those are great plans and you will stick to them!

    Sounds like you have lots on your plate.

    I really get the whole "eat when you are tired" thing. I have a tendency to go for sugary foods. I think my body wants fast energy or something, but it really does backfire.

    Good luck on your job change and moving! Holy smokes you have alot going on!
