Day of rest

I learned something this week. I really need to schedule a rest day for my body. It makes it easier for the following week. I still need to do 10 mins of exercise on my day off to keep my streak going emoticon

    I hear you! I had to scale back at the beginning of this week because I did too much last week. Than I realized I am almost at 20 days without a rest day!!! So this Sunday I am taking a rest day. The only working out I will be doing is cleaning.
