Eating Accomplishment?

Actually it is 'not' eating after a certain time in the afternoon, having my main meal at lunch and snacking on healthy foods. Works for me!

    I still haven't gotten into the zone on this- my body is still attuned to start eating about noon and continue into the late night. Eating breakfast still makes me feel weird.

    I had to learn to eat snacks as well as meals, so I am eating every 3-4 hours to keep my metabolism up. At first I felt like all I did was eat all day. But now I am used to it and feel hungry if I skip a snack.
