3/10 Shift in Goals

I decided to change my weight loss goals. I don't want to become a self defeating prophecy. I have had slow and stead success so far. I got in a rut and was told by my trainer a smart and motivated lady to shoot for -1.7 to -2 lbs per week. We are a little over 1/2 way through this program and the pressure is to much. I feel like I am not making my goals. So I have been a bit down on the process.
I have re evaluated my goals and changed it back to -1 per week. I have made this a lifetime change. I eat regular food and healthy food. I have a treat now and then. I have learned that I can get there. I have lightened up the pressure and am refocusing.
Here is to meeting goal!!
