I love yoga!

I was reading one of the article from about a lady who went to a step class and although she liked it, it just didn't suit her so she stuck with running. It made me think that I should try the free different classes at my gym and see what suits me and so this morning I rushed off to a yoga class and absolutely loved it! It was really weird cause it felt like my whole body and mind where at rest and felt spacey after but in a good way. Although I couldn't do all the moves I definitely tried and felt good so I think yoga might my new thing!

    If you like yoga, you should look into hot (bikram) yoga! It is amazing... It is the hardest workout I have ever done, it is miserable, but I keep going back!! It's a great INTENSE workout for people at all fitness levels too! emoticon

    I never thought I would like yoga but I ended up trying it and really enjoyed it. I have a few workouts that incorporate yoga and love how they make me relax and I forget what I was stressed out about. I was surprised how hard it is - it looks easier than it is!
