Started out the day with my 2 miles/30 minute WALK AWAY THE POUNDS with Leslie Sansone.
Very busy morning.
I just finished my breakfast (its 12noon).
I make my own QUAKER OATS APPLE & CINNAMON OATMEAL.
I dehydrated apples-broke in small pieces.
Make my oatmeal:
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. 1% milk
1/2 c. water
some apple pieces
cinnamon to taste-I like lots
after cooking in microwave, I add some splenda.
Tastes just like the little packaged oatmeals but cheaper!!
