Biggest Loser Challenge

After winning the Winter challenge with a 20 pound weight loss in 10 weeks, Friday March 6th I started the biggest loser Spring Challenge. I have decided to push myself so I can reach my goal weight by end of the 10 week which will be May 15th. Since I only have 15 pounds left to go I hope I make it by my birthday May 2nd.

I have never been able to jog, so I am training the right way with a 10 week program given to all of us from our team leader. I hope to do a 5k run at the end of my challenge. emoticon

    How do we join your challenge? Is it too late? I really need some prodding. I was doing great then I got sick and fell off the bandwagon. PS Amazing 20 lb loss. You should be proud! niki

    You can *do* it!!! I have never been able (ie willing) to run.... but I'm taking the 5K training program on too. One workout at a time. I'll be cheering you on. -- emoticon

    I have to say recording exactly what I eat, BEFORE I eat it so I know if I am in my range helps me the most. Then eating mid day snacks of fruit or veggies makes me not hungry during the day AND knowing that I have several big functions that I want to look good for this summer when I get back to my home town makes every day easier emoticon I focus on one day at a time, I don't look at the big picture or I would get discouraged. I am the Biggest fan of Biggest Loser and when I am on the treadmill I hear Jillian in my head "Unless, you puke, faint or die, KEEP MOVING" so I do, and the results amazing. I can now cross my legs which I haven't been able to do in years!
    Sparks keeps me very motivated and focused. I couldn't do it otherwise. emoticon

    20 pounds in 10 weeks...that is AWESOME!!! I hope to follow suit and would also love to hear your tips/tricks/etc that you live by!!! You should post another blog with all your weight loss secrets! hehe
