Happy Sunday! New week.........
I did my WALK AWAY THE POUNDS.
1 mile/15 minutes- since its Sunday!
And so far, I want to walk everyday.
Water is still tasting great and I don't even
have to add lemon to it yet! And once again,
I am craving the water and laying off the

I took out THE BEAN (plastic exercise bean shaped object)
and started doing crunches on it.
After my new friend lost 9 inches from her mid-drift I want to also!!!
