I can never figure out when I should exercise and when I shouldn't. Am I tired because I need to exercise or do I need to exercise because I'm tired?

Well I did not exercise any today but I Have been exercising more this week than normal. I'll keep that pace up for a while and then in a month or so add some more and see where I am then.
