Warm and sunny; I hope I can get out and enjoy it.

I'm happy to report that the weather is supposed to be terrific here in the D.C. area this weekend. We just had a snow storm and freezing temperatures less than a week ago, and the forecast calls for temperatures to be in the 70's today.
I would love to get out on my bike, but I am not sure if I dare to, because I feel like I am coming down with something. I don't want to do anything that will keep me sick longer, but I may have to just go out for a very gentle ride, and be content with catching up on my reading today, and maybe make a few cards. It's frustrating because I have been waiting for months for nice weather, and I would like to start running outside instead of always on a treadmill.
It was a good week food-wise; a little less so exercise-wise because of my not feeling so well and other issues at work. Weight-wise, I have plateaued at 182 for a while, so I hope that soon I will be able to report another drop. I have certainly done enough different things to keep my body surprised over the last two months. I have taken up both running and spinning. I have also resumed strength training because, happily, my right biceps tendon has healed.
