Body distortion (again)

Yesterday's binge has continued into today & I've got a very small list of what I'm willing to do to stop. After having a relatively stable period of feeling neutral about my body, I've had yet another attack of body distortion. I keep perceiving certain parts to be huge. Sometimes I feel as if I'm made up of two parts: a thinking head & a stomach, & I only know how to sense whether I'm uncomfortably full or starving when it comes to the stomach.

I've got great kinesthetic awareness, but I still don't know how to live in my body.

Any suggestions?
