Just Keep Running...

So today, I did yoga in the morning, AND I ran for half an hour later in the day. It felt awesome to know that a) I had the time to do that, and b) running is now a priority over napping, eating, or watching TV.
It's funny because I was so adamant that I use all other machines before the treadmill, but now I'm starting to really like running. And I can feel my stamina beginning to build.
On the list for tomorrow: I'll walk to the grocery store, and GNC, as I have decided to get protein powder to get more protein in my diet.
I love grocery shopping.
