Well Hello everyone. This is my first blog on SP. Well this is my first day on SP. I look foward to tracking everything that I do in my daily life. I'm currently using a different program to track everything but I think this will also help me reach my goal. I just started an amazing workout program called ChaLean Extreme. I love it and look foward to it everyday. I will start to also work out with Turbo Jam. I really need to watch what I eat and how many calories I'm taking in. I will keep everyone including myself updated on everything. Look foward to talking to everyone! emoticon
