Ugh. I hate it when aI can't sleep. Which is pretty much every day. My goal should be getting 8 hours of sleep, but i cant even remember the last time i got more than 5. Im usually lucky if I get three solid hours of sleep. i think if i slept better I would have more energy to work out. Usually by the time I get home Im exhausted. Im just sick of always being tired. It just pisses me off that Im like exhausted but I cant sleep. Grr.

    I have a hard time going to sleep as my husband works nights and I push myself to stay up late to see him...I have lavender oil that I smell before bed as it helps relax me. Luckily I'm usually a good sleeper once I'm sleep.

    That is really difficult to deal with. I have such a hard time controlling my eating and getting my exercise when I am tired.

    I know there are other people on the site that have the same problem. I hope you have checked into medical reasons as to why this is happening. My sister had something similar, (hormones, peri-menopause, and endocrine issues) and she has found some help. If you would like more info. as to where she turned for help, let me know!

    Have you tried taking melatonin? I have frequent insomnia from working shift work and it helps me out!
