Ugh. I hate it when aI can't sleep. Which is pretty much every day. My goal should be getting 8 hours of sleep, but i cant even remember the last time i got more than 5. Im usually lucky if I get three solid hours of sleep. i think if i slept better I would have more energy to work out. Usually by the time I get home Im exhausted. Im just sick of always being tired. It just pisses me off that Im like exhausted but I cant sleep. Grr.
