I'm doing much better. Not as tired as I was last week. Biggest problem is leg cramps at night. Probably low on potassium. I'll go to Walgreen's and get a supplement. I'm going to have to do more preparation on weekends of foods I can eat. Worked out last night and Thursday is next weight lifting. Eating out is a challenge but thanks to Nutrition on SP I can check out all the ethnic foods and get an idea of what to eat. Next eating out will probably be Golden Corral, a buffet, on Sat or Sunday. Large variety of meats and veggies and very big salad bar.
