I am on day two of my new work out. Today I didn't want to sit and watch as much as I wanted to the last time. I am happy about that. I am not sure it is going to last so I must make sure I that I keep strong and not give up. I think I give up to soon sometimes, and I know I can do this. I am doing this for me.
