mmmm... Avocado

According to my nutrition tracker, I have a hard time getting enough fat every day. I was eating nuts for morning snack every day for awhile, but I was getting a little bored.

today i put avocado on my ham sandwich for lunch. I cannot begin to express how awesome it was.
