Does the weather affect whether you exercise or not, even if it means staying home and exercising or going somewhere?

Yes - Especially if there are a string of bad weather/cold days in a row. I do my treadmill now every day even for just 15 min at a time. But the nicer the weather the more thathI am outsidemoving around.

Not usually. I usually work out at the YMCA, but during the nice months rain or strong wind keeps me from riding my bike.

It does for me!! I love to walk outside but I live in the midwest so in the winter I'm stuck using the treadmill which I don't enjoy as much. Exercising keeps me energized though and is a good way to improve my mood on those gloomy days so I try to exercise no matter what the weather is like!!

I think it does. When it's freezing cold and snowing - throwing in a DVD and exercising at home is the only option. For myself, it improves my mood as well! emoticon
