I am starting the BL Yoga weight loss. I started Monday. It is much harder then my other Yoga DVD. I started off really good an the I don't know what tried to slip in but all I wanted to do was just sit down and watch. It was like the quieter in me was trying real hard to come out. I didn't let that happen, It was so hard but a few min later I was right on track and it felt great. I was sweating like a stuffed pig. I mean dripping. I have never sweated like that with yoga. Looking forward to Wednesday to work It again.
