WOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOO! I can't believe it. I stepped on the scale this morning and finally it moved from my range of 212-215 for three weeks. I weighed in at 210. That's a five pound loss from last week. I had to pick up my mouth off the floor. I worked really hard this week for myself and for my team the purple team for biggest Loser. I watched what I ate, drank lots of water and just kept busy. Also it helped that we had a no sweet challenge for our team. I was tempted once or twice but I told myself no. So pretty proud of myself.
My hubby also is on the purple team and he had a 6 pound weightloss. WOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOO. I am so proud of him. He is trying really hard, drinking water, exercising, watching what he is eating. He is my rock and I get so excited for him. WAY TO GO BABE!
Today was a pretty day. When I was leaving my block a couple who lives down the road had a exercise bike at the end of their yard guess didn't want it or something. So I put it in the car and turned around. The only probably was the change was loose and a bolt was loose. (So hubby fixed it for me. And its perfect. Not at all brand new but it will get the job done.)
Took my kids and my two nephews to the park for a while today made a picnic lunch and then we all walked the track it was fun. A lady was rolling blading and I told her that was awesome. She said I am tired but I keep going. So we had a good time at the park. Came home and we all played outside forever. Got the sprinkler out and just had a good time. I pulled the weeds from my flower bed. So happy they are finally blooming pretty. Had a few die but it was touch and go there for a while. But after I fed them they are so pretty.
Rode the bike tonight for 45 minutes catching up on the stuff I taped today. I am so excited about the bike. I feel sometimes I want more gym equipment for my house, but that's why I pay for a gym membership.
I found out today some news about my mom and if anyone reads this please keep her in your prayers.
