Last night after dinner I wanted something sweet SO BAD. It's that time of the month and I've been eating something sweet with milk before bed my entire life.

I don't have any sweets in the house. I got rid of them all.

The craving was awful- it was harder to deal with than running 15 miles a week like I have been doing.

But I fought through it, I went to bed, and lookee here. It's morning and I survived my snack attack.

I'm going to do it again tonight.
