Today was a good day. Had kiddo's appt today. It went really well. Spent the rest of the day with the kiddos. Trying to organize things.

My food choices were ok. I notice I have been eating a lot of sodium at dinner so I switched it up today. Had my big meal at lunch and a light one for dinner so we'll maybe see a difference. Felt like my body was swimming today from all the water I drank.

Went to the gym with hubby. He is doing really well. He's trying. He got a compliment the other day from some people when he went to the races last. He was beaming from ear to ear. It feels good when people notice. He is still struggling with seeing it himself but he'll get there one step at a time.
Had a good workout. Had to cut it a little short but not much my foot is hurting a little think I strained it from working out this weekend.
