Not Losing

I'm still not losing any weight. I'm starting to get really really fristrated. I keep thinking I'm doing something wrong. When I'm hungry I snack on fruits and vegetables. I'm drinking over 10 glasses of water a day. I'm going to the gym everyday... and I'm not losing.

    Hang in there Lady. Do measure yourself, sometimes that tells a whole different story. You also might try changing things up a bit in your diet and exercise. Sometimes our bodies get used to the same ol thing and quits responding as well. Keep us posted

    I know you are frustrated...hang in there. Sometimes our bodies freak out when we are doing something drastically new and hold on for dear life. Unfortunately, they tend to hold on to weight. I am sure that you are making progress in other ways. Continue doing all the positive things you have been doing and remember that we are all here to support you!

    did you go the team page today and put in inches lost not weight? i bet youll get a surprise. you are toning sweety, so it wont show up on the scale straight away.
