I lost Wednesday! Actually, I wasn't feeling the best and didn't get to it. But I'm here and I'm really feeling the urges to snack big time. It may be due to the time of the month coming -- but I hate it. So, again, water here we come and hopefully we stick to for the evening.

Generally, this week, I've been really active on "Stressed Out Moms/Women Gettin' Healthy", the "Binge/Snackers" and the "Conquering Mental Illness & Stress" Teams. I think each of the teams offers so much support and all revolve around one of the same things -- stress! Who doesn't have that -- so that is why I feel like it's worthwhile to become as active as I can to relieve others if possible.

My weigh in day is this coming Sunday and, honestly, I'm not too excited to step on that scale. But, we'll see what happens.
