I have finally learned to not let the scale smash my motivation!!! Sometimes it doesn't go down as fast as most of us would like...If you have any time of medical issues and take meds...then to me (in my case) the scale moving seems to be minimal...For anyone that knows me probably has noticed my tracker doesn't move. I don't weigh in I decided to do monthly...Bigger weight losses seem to work for me...A pound in a week only makes me mad lol...Reason being I take various meds and when I go to the doctor she tries something else and I fluctuate again. So for the past week...My meds by the grace of God has been reduced. Not off of them completely but it's a start.

If you are losing inches, your energy levels are soaring and you are feeling better than ever... Then don't let the numbers ruin OUR SUCCESS.... I had on jeans yesterday that I continuously had to pull up. I have lost 2.5 inches in my hips and an inch in my waist and 1.75 in my thighs. So the scale will have to collect dust....If your heart is happy, your arteries are clear, your blood pressure is down, your joints aren't as achy the list goes on...then

    I absolutely agree with you!!!!! Who cares what the scale says--you just look good dead if you're not healthy.

    I have to agree. Congrads on the inches! I measure myself every week, I have found it to be much more motivating than the scale.
