I really, really, really thought I was going to die after my first day on SparkPeople. I was SO hungry and ticked off about it. However, it occurred to me that if having a calorie limit made me feel that threatened, maybe it was just what I needed. So I decided to stick out at least one week. That week ended today and I'm still here. Believe it or not I'm loving this now. I lost 6.5 lbs in this one week. Holy $#*%! I'm sure it won't keep on quite like that, but for today, I'll take it! Did I meet all of my daily nutrition and exercise goals? Of course not. I met some of them though and that felt good enough to keep me trying. Actually, I'm probably using this blog post to avoid doing my cardio right now! I guess it's time to get my butt out of this computer chair and into some ugly workout pants!
