Keeping up with SparkPoints

Since I have been doing the SparkPoints, I have found that I have less time to eat, which is very good. I read all of my mail, then go through the SparkPoints list and make sure that I do the maximum of each item. This really takes up a lot of my time, which is good. It also keeps me informed and up-to-date with my teams. It also keeps me on track. I really like SparkPeople for this reason.

    You are so right, Terri. It's one of the first things I do each morning. And thought it is time consuming...you get such a good feeling after "gathering" those points...it's well worth it. I love learning something new every day. Spark People is a wonderful place filled with great folks. Keep up the good work. mary
