I feel so happy about making better food choices. WW momentum is really got me filling up on much better foods.
Problem I am eating to many better and filling foods. Problem yes, I am not getting my SP calories each day. I am meeting my WW points but generally have 150- 200 calories a day left.
I thin I will start looking at my breakfast or lunch for some different options that will keep me in my WW points but fill my SP calories.
