Ok so I've been totally staying on track ..well pretty much. I went to the gym 4 times last week!! I even went on Friday which is a big change for me!! I did really well last week eating wise but the weekend messed me up a little. I feel like this happens to a lot of people right?? lol My schedule just gets messed up and I feel like eating 'cause I'm bored!! BAD NEWS! But I was back on track Monday and today as well. I did 30 mins on the elliptical today and 25 yesterday ..I've noticed that my heart rate has gone down a lot since last week too! Woo! ..I lost 4 pounds and I feel so awesome already! My energy level has increased so much it's crazy!! The eating clean thing is going really well and I'm surprised that I don't even feel deprived of food! I just keep thinking that I COULD eat whatever I want but I DON'T because it won't bring me any closer to my goals or make me happy in the long run!! I also just stay on SP as much as possible to keep my motivation!! emoticon

Looks like I'm getting my tax return this Friday and I'm super excited!! I'm buying new gym sneakers 'cause mine are shot and an iPod!! I might be the only person in the world who doesn't have one so I'm excited to finally get one! hahaha ..I'm also ordering Making the Cut, 30 Day Shred, Eating Clean and a beginner Yoga DVD!! I'm actually really shocked that pretty much EVERYTHiNG I want involves improving my health and getting in shape!! AnOther BiG change for me, but I love it!!!!
