BAck From Florida Vacation

Here I am at my dad's house in Florida. This picture was taken on Valentine's Day. I had a wonderful time, but unfortunately, I gained 6 pounds while I was there. The good news is, I jumped right back on track and have re-lost 5 of those 6 pounds. Now I'm wondering if I should adjust my monthly goals. My goal for the end of January was 224, and if I can lose 2 pounds this week, I'll be at goal for January! So do I re-do all my goals, or just leave them as shown? I think I'm going to leave them as is, so I can see the pattern. What do you think?

    Hmmm...hard call....You don't want to feel discouraged if you have goals listed that can't be met..maybe the goals you already have listed, leave there, but add an updated part after it with new goals.

    Whatever you do, you can always change if it's not working.

    Awesome job on losing those 5 pounds!!! That's great! Way to go!!!
