It is a very cold stormy day so didn't get my walk in but had loads of time to do my exercises which is badly needed especially the ones for the legs. cause the knees are painful today, I think it is the weather. Had a very relaxing day and got to read some of my sparksmail that come to me in my email address. Very good day
