Lent Challenge

I'm doing an exercise challenge in relation to Lent this year. While I'm not Catholic, I've been known to do things for Lent on occasion.

Anyway, the plan is 40 days of straight exercise, 30+ minutes a day. We'll see how it goes.

    What a great plan! And I think when it's connected to something like that it gives you another tool to make it stick.

    Sounds like a good plan! I like the idea of doing extra instead of taking something away. Maybe I'll join you, tho I'm not religious at all!
