Goals for the next 3 weeks! 02.23.09

Alrite, here we go! Three weeks till spring break and I get to see my family! I want to loose a lil more weight before than so I plan to meet these mini goals:

*turn up the cardio to 1hr of cardio a day
*stay within 1300-1500 cal a day
*drink MORE than 64oz of h2o a day
*Stay positive
*Keep the spark :-)
