How I feel about Exercise now????

Took me years but I know realize my attitude towards hating exercise started when I was a child. I always loved the arts and hated any type of sports. I know realize how can you hate a sport when you have not been encouraged to try. See now that I am a mother I realize it is not about how well my child plays the sport but the benefits of teamwork, learning something new and most of all the exercise. When I joined Sparks in Jan 09 I had just changed my way of thinking about exercise instead of saying I hate the gym I was going to say I love going. My what a difference a attitude can make. Not only do I feel bad if I do not go but my body does not give up I get right back to it the next day. So to all who are reading this blog take a different attitude towards exercise your body mind and soul will love the change.
