Getting my groove back!!

I'm really trying to get back in the groove of exercising again. I'm still eating very good. Today was like the first time I have exercised in like 2 1/2 weeks. I just can't get motivated anymore. I really don't no why I just can't get motivated. But today is a new day and I'm not giving up!!! Just need to move forward and keep telling telling myself I have to do this! I just really need to stay positive!

    Its very hard to stay motivated!! I completly understand. Our Motivated 20's group is a great way to help you stay motivated. Come join our team forums and check out the daily and weekly challenges. Maybe post your own exercise goal. Posting really keeps you accountable!! Let me know if I can be any help to you!!
