Mission 1: Breakfast by 7 a.m. Every Day

Babysteps, babysteps!

Mission 1 is to consume breakfast by 7 a.m. everyday for the next week. Let's see if I can keep it up. Doesn't matter what it is that I consume for breakfast at this point -- I usually skip it completely. We have to get rid of that bad habit.

Today, I am starting off with fresh fruit. I am going to be following the Eat Clean principle so I will not be consuming dairy or breads.

Let's see how this goes. Keep me accountable!
